This method of metal processing injects fine metal powders into molds to craft the complex case shape and band holes with precision. Gold-colored ion-plating adds a beautiful finish and delivers better abrasion resistance. Employing a case, case back, and ring molded in a single piece and special glass adhesive technique, the watch is built to be water-resistant for daily use, while still allowing the battery to be replaced.
